As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-Business Excellence you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to theSection Head
Business Excellence.
The purpose of your role will be to manage factors of production like manpower, production tools & inventory in an optimal manner and follow the laid down SOP's of the Business Excellence function.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. The position serves as a focal point of Business Excellence function within the company
2. Requires coordination of work with direct reportee workmen, contractors, Support departments and management to ensure timely delivery of quality product to Customer
3. Take active lead Hero NEXT activities
4. Support the plant level TPM & ISO Activies
5. Lean Six Sigma projects
6. Conduct training & audits related to the BE Function
A Day in the life

B.Tech with 34 years of experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
1. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation 2. Experience of TPM 3. Experience of Safety & HIRA 4. Ability to read & draw engineering drawings & blueprints 5. Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)
Behavioural Skills
