We are hiring Tele Counsellors

Experience : 1 to 2 Years

1.

Outbound/Inbound Calls - Initiate calls to potential students using the provided data of leads, Identify and qualify the student by gathering essential information, assessing their interest, and fitting the student to the best country as per the profile.

2.
Lead Generation - To Generate leads for the sales team to follow up on.

3.
Maintaining Records - Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, responses, and relevant student information in the CRM system.

4.
Follow-up: Schedule call-backs and follow-up call with interested prospects, Future prospects, and the leads of the last 6-7 months.

5.
Meeting Pre-sale Targets - Achieve set targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and potential conversions (Daily/Weekly/monthly.)

Generating Walkin's:

• Should be responsible for generating walkins for Inhouse sessions and events.
