Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management:
Coordinate and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee transportation, distribution, and logistics activities.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control standards for products and processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze reports on logistics and operational performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Average communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using logistics and operations management software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
