Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
- To monitor all the department activity & meet production goals.
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
- Ensure that daily production goals are met as per our cut off
- Training to new employees
- Handle Customer Complaints & RCA
- DPR, GRN & Hub Return record keeping
- Minimize waste & proper utilization of RM
- To ensure & monitor that all the products produced are as per specification.
- To ensure FIFO should be followed for RM & FG
- Avoid product & label mismatch
- Daily RM FG stock reporting to inventory team
- To Ensure yield as per standard
- All Record keeping.
- Monitoring hygiene & Sanitization of plant & equipment always.
Salary:
₹420, ₹600,000.11 per year
