Responsibilities:

Call the leads that come from the company's campaign, which it provides.
Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.
Listen attentively to customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs and concerns.
Provide detailed information about products or services to customers.
Effectively resolve customer issues and address any problems or complaints with patience and professionalism.
Adhere to company protocols and guidelines while following established procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
Handle calls calmly and maintain a professional demeanour, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Previous experience in data maintenance using spreadsheets, order management systems, or similar tools is preferred.
