Responsibilities:

Develop and Improve upon existing Growth/Marketing Strategies
Support on the improvement of our demand generation campaigns
Working across Remarketing, build landing pages, monitor campaigns and report on the results
Generate new ideas to grow the business and analyzing the data to provide deeper data driven insights
Monitor market trends, analysis & consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
Improving conversion processes through A/B testing along with identifying and enhancing UX friction points.
Liaising with cross functional departments to ensure all the campaigns are on track
Setting up events tracking through tools like Google Analytics, Firebase/Moengage.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a high growth B2C Startup
Good understating and knowledge on HTML & CSS
Expertise in tools like Google Analytics/FireBase/Moengage/Excel
Good Verbal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams
You'll understand growth marketing and want to drive your career in this direction.

Pay:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
