We are seeking a Service Team Member (Steward) to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a steward, you will play an integral role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Brahmapur, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a steward or stewardess is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Escort customers to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
• Present menus and take customer orders accurately
• Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Serve food and beverages to customers and ensure timely delivery
• Inform customers about daily specials and menu changes
• Provide recommendations on food and beverage choices
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Manage and process customer payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
