- Attend customer queries
- Generate & manage leads
- Inbound & Outbound calling
- Direct coordination with crossfunctional team members
- 15 years of experience in telesales
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline needs
- Good communication skills
- Offer solutions based on customer
- Should have very good sales skills. needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and Drive Sales
- Update the customer database
- Meet Conversion & Productivity targets on a monthly basis
