Remuneration: 4 to 4.5LPA

Experience: 1+ Years
Key Responsibility

Develop wellresearched content on Finance and Entrepreneurship and keep it updated.
Design and develop Finance and Entrepreneurship related content for K 12 sectors.
Contextualize and develop technical content related to Finance and Entrepreneurship as per the learning requirement.
Conceptualize gamification as and when required.
Utilize the industry's best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content.
Collaborate with various stakeholders like SMEs and curriculum managers for devising the content.
Curate the content to deliver the learning outcome.
Development of technicalbased content based on Instructorled training videos.
Development of FAQ & scripts, handouts, etc.
Development of Finance and Entrepreneurship related training modules.
Develop Learning Curve Analyzers to gauge the Learning Outcomes(Assessments/Practices).
Manage the Team and handle the tasks accordingly. Maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the Team.

Desired Skills and Experience

2Yrs+ experience in elearning Technical content development.
Should have a record of excellent writing in Finance and Entrepreneurship in a professional portfolio.
An impeccable grasp of English
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
Experience in the Elearning industry will be preferred.
Good time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
Proficiency in the usage of computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate, and Captivate will be an added advantage.
Strong writing, verbal, listening and presentation skills.
