  • Recruit a team of insurance advisors.
  • To focus on and develop various business.
  • To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
  • Generating leads.
  • To train insurance agent with the help of training team.

2 ) Measure Of Success:

  • Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention.
  • Activation of advisors monthly.

3 ) Skill Required:

  • Good communication skill.
  • Training and motivation capacity.
  • Good team building skill.
  • Team leading skill.

Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
