Description

Technical and Project Documentation:

Preparation of product compliance reports, technical datasheets, MSDS, and technical documents as per project requirements & Lab and production documentation: Preparation of products compliance reports, technical datasheet, MSDS, quality control procedures and testing methods.


  • Providing Training into lab chemist and other technicians for polymers quality control, concrete performance tests and product development works.
  • Involved in basic set up of chemical production unit, product development and QC lab.
  • Formulation, Product Development and quality control works of: various construction chemical products such as:
  • Adhesives and waterproofing: waterproofing products, adhesives, wall putty, joint compounds and various coatings.
  • Concrete admixture: Plasticizers, Super plasticizers, and hyper plasticizer
  • Epoxy products: Epoxy floorings, grouts, adhesives, and coating products
  • Drymix Mortars: Cementations waterproofing, mortars, adhesives, and grouts.
  • Supervising the lab for routine quality control and performance evaluation tests of polymers, additives, fillers, and finished construction chemical products.
  • Developing testing methods: to evaluate the effects of raw material, additives, and finished product quality
  • Sourcing various raw materials: For production of construction chemicals and coating products
  • Formulation, Production and Quality control, and Product development of various

Construction Chemicals:
Polymer based concrete admixtures, concrete protection coatings,

waterproofing products, cementations and latex based dry mix mortars, adhesives, flooring (tile glue and grouts) products, machinery non-shrink grouts and Soluble NPK Fertilizers

  • Quality control of basic chemicals, and construction chemicals raw materials in order to determine whether they meet specifications, chemical physical properties, stability, etc. and performance standards are met as per various ASTM, ANSI, and EN standards.
  • Development of curing compounds, waterproofing products and other allied construction chemicals.
  • Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM.
  • Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.
  • Should be able to understand various concrete design mix, technical details of site
  • RMs and concrete rheology with different kind of admixture.
  • Formulation of Waterproofing and cost optimizations
  • To coordinate with international counterpart for developmental activities.
  • To Strengthen the corporate safety guidelines as per ISO 9001, during process of Product development and product transfer at manufacturing

Deliverables:

  • To coordinate with sales for design related activities and work in close with purchase department for the introduction of alternate raw materials.
  • Performance data of laboratory trails has to be interpreted properly and basis of next action to be defined clearly. Site trials and success rate at customer end should be > 100%.
  • Inhouse review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed.

Salary:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
