Serve as Lead ServiceNow application developer responsible forimplementing/using Optum s Dev & Ops and overall bestpractices as pertains to workflows integration configurationcustomization orchestration access controlsetc.
Provides oversight for all developmentwork within designated Scrum team ensuring timely and highqualitydelivery from the development resourcesEnsure overall systems availability via good design implementationof Optum s Dev & Ops and overall best practices developmentcentric testing promotion discipline Whenengaged by Operations assist with root cause analysis andresolution of production Incidents.
Collaborates with QE team to ensure proper test cases are definedand executed Work with Capability Owners totranslate their business requirements into actionable developmenttasks Assists Scrum Master and Capabilityowners with the prioritization of Features User Stories andassociated timelines for delivery for Platform MaintenanceInitiatives.
