Department Overview
Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company, maintains, and enhances risk and financial controls.

Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy.

Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines.

The Enterprise Finance function contains the Corporate Controllers division, which includes the Enterprise Controls & Oversight (ECO) group.

The Controller's Division is responsible for the accuracy of the Company's financial statements, establishing corporate accounting policies, preparing SEC and regulatory reports and ensuring the adequacy of internal controls.


About this role

Key responsibilities:


  • Provide technical expertise and support within a business unit
  • Resolution of complex user access and other security administration issues
  • Coordinate troubleshooting of network, hardware and software issues and resolution with users, vendors, and internal service groups
  • Develop test scripts and coordinates user acceptance testing of technology components
  • Develop and/or updates user documentation and procedures
  • Assess training needs, develop, and conducts user/support team training
  • Analyze performance trends, recommend, and coordinate implementation of process and procedure improvements
  • Understands and assures quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for user area
  • Participate in BCP activities
  • Coordinate user project resources and provide guidance to less experienced analysts

Required qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Bachelors/MBA in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Desired Qualifications:


  • Securities industry experience
  • Experience with ticketing management systems like Jira or Service Now
  • Experience with Agile or Kanban project management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
  • Ability to read and interpret legal documents
  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information,
comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
