Job Summary:
As an Accounts Executive, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for maintaining precise financial records and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software like XERO, QuickBooks, or ZohoBooks.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze financial statements for discrepancies or irregularities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to gather financial information, address queries, and provide professional support.
Taxation and Compliance:
- Assist in quarterly and annual tax computations, ensuring compliance with VAT and Corporate tax regulations.
- Support audit preparations and maintain documentation as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA (partly or fully qualified).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite, particularly strong skills in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
