Job Summary:


As an Accounts Executive, you will be a vital part of our finance team, responsible for maintaining precise financial records and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Your role will involve handling various accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:


  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software like XERO, QuickBooks, or ZohoBooks.

Analysis and Reporting:


  • Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze financial statements for discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Client Interaction:


  • Communicate with clients to gather financial information, address queries, and provide professional support.

Taxation and Compliance:


  • Assist in quarterly and annual tax computations, ensuring compliance with VAT and Corporate tax regulations.
  • Support audit preparations and maintain documentation as needed.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA (partly or fully qualified).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite, particularly strong skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.

₹25, ₹75,000.00 per month
