Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key modern trade accounts, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Sales Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within modern trade channels, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Distribution:
Ensure optimal product distribution by working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, on-shelf availability, and timely deliveries.
Promotional Activities:
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events that drive brand visibility and boost sales.
Negotiation:
Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and trade deals with modern trade partners to maximize profitability and maintain competitive advantage.
Market Insights:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with store managers, buyers, and decision-makers within modern trade accounts to ensure seamless cooperation and support.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and account developments to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 23 Years of experience in Modern Trade
- Flexibility to travel as required for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
