Job Description:

Technology Selection:

Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for the development of healthcare solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies within the healthcare domain.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure that all software solutions comply with industry-specific regulations, such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive patient data and protect against potential security breaches.

Integration:

Oversee the integration of various healthcare systems and third-party APIs, such as electronic health record (EHR) systems, medical devices, and other healthcare-related services, to create a comprehensive and cohesive ecosystem.

Quality Assurance:

Work with the QA team to define test plans and validate the functionality, reliability, and usability of the developed solutions.

Ensure that the software meets the defined quality standards.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive technical documentation for the solutions, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and deployment guides.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Lead code reviews and enforce coding best practices.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues that arise during the development and implementation phases. Provide support to the operational teams in case of production incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Solutions Architect, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Indepth knowledge of Java programming language and Javabased frameworks like Spring.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Salary:

Up to 30 Lakhs fixed component
