Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding clinic services, products, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
  • Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Knowledge of clinic operations and terminology is a plus

Pay:
