Marketing Manger in Real Estate

Location:
Noida / Greater Noida / Yamuna Expressway**
Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a highperforming sales team.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, inventors and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely solutions.
  • Sales Process Oversight:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and workflows for efficiency.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Should have good hold on All NCR region including Noida, Greater Noida West, Greater Noida, Jewar, Ghaziabad
  • Should have good hold in B2B Clients
  • Should have experience in Sale and Purchase of Offices, Plots, Factories and Industries
  • Should have experience in Acquisition of Company/Factory/Land
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Utilize market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation for all sales transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 78 years as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate market in the Delhi NCR region.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
