Monitoring & controlling P & L, CPRP Benchmarks, CPC, CPA, and other parameters- Media Planning & Buying Strategies
- Traditional & Digital.
- Improving the profitability through effective buying strategies.
- Liaison with media houses & publications Training, supervising, motivating and managing the development of Team in all aspects of media planning, campaign management, media research, account management, and client service
- Ability to understand the longterm business objectives & suggest media strategies to meet those objectives.

- Liaising and influencing cross functionally within the senior management team, ensuring all stake holders are engaged on Ecommerce activity, projects and strategy, and knowledge, assistance and insight is acquired where needed.
- Responsible for acquiring desirable time slots and media space for advertising clients. Using market research information, such as demographics, media usage, ratings and the type of content in a given vehicle
- Need to form good relationships with advertising sales agents to obtain the best prices and values for advertisement placements, campaigns, or even media bundles.
- Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity and provide expertise on current ecommerce industry best practices.
- Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium ecommerce supplier
- New Initiatives online sales
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Experience Needed (Professional): 7-10 years, in a similar role in organizations which are into e-commerce
MBA will be an advantage.
Education:
a bachelor's degree in advertising, sales, or marketing; or a bachelor's specializing in knowledge of general media platforms
- Understanding of Business and related financials
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, paid campaigns etc.
- Understanding of different channels like Facebook, google etc.
- Ability to influence and interact with senior management
Salary:
Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
