As part of our company growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist clients with general inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients for followups or to gather essential information.
  • Maintain a database of client interactions and update records.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective internal communication.
  • Relay important messages and updates to relevant parties.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software.
  • Customerfocused attitude and a pleasant personality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹11, ₹12,000.00 per month
