As part of our company growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Telecaller.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist clients with general inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for followups or to gather essential information.
- Maintain a database of client interactions and update records.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective internal communication.
- Relay important messages and updates to relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software.
- Customerfocused attitude and a pleasant personality.
