We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.


Seeking a self-driven, well-organized individual to join our vendor support team to help assist Notion Press' published authors in all their operational related queries.


In this role you will:


  • Liaise with authors who have published their books with us( To sort out the issues)
  • Provide assistance in handling Book store distribution.
  • Provide appropriate resolution for all queries that are raised by the author and customers.
  • Ensure all the concerns of the author and customers are addressed.
  • Close all tickets with the stipulated SLA's.
  • Work closely with all the internal teams
  • Analyse author and customer query patterns and provide recommendations to the leadership team
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and net promoter score.
years of experience in Customer-facing roles and know basics of MS Office with strong computer knowledge.

  • Should be a problemsolver and to figure out the root cause for any issues raised by customers.
  • Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English language.
  • A second language is a plus. Hindi is Mandatory.
  • Highly selfmotivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Ability to meet both Daily and Monthly Targets.
  • Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
  • Empathy for authors who need help
  • General awareness of best practices on quality standards and industry trends in the publishing industry
  • Last but not least; must have a competitive streak
