Description

Require Graduate with 1- 2 years experience in Real Estate. Should have excellent communication convincing skills. Generating leads through referrals, cold calling. Updating the data through the ERP system. Achieving the targets set for the team.

Responsible for generating sales by calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers
Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
Collecting customer feedback, market research, and keeping up to date with new products launches

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
