Roles and Responsibilities

  • Organising and maintaining the office, including all storage units
  • Coordination of Office Work
  • Keeping records of office assets, including hardware and software, their issue to staff, their maintenance and servicing
  • Vendor Management: Purchase and management of office supplies and hardware/software assets
  • Vendor management: Quotations management and placing orders
  • Managing logistics and arrangements for staff and client meetings
  • Filing and maintaining client and project records
  • Executive assistance to Management
  • To ensure cleanliness and Up-Keepment of facilities
  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills

₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:
