Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.

Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Risk Management:
Conduct risk assessments for clients and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, revenue generation, and business growth.

Analyze and interpret financial data to assess the performance of client portfolios.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the digital Marketing industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

Salary:
₹9, ₹31,792.35 per month
