The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Plan and execute lessons according to a curriculum that covers Co-Curricular English, Communicative English, and Teacher Training, with a focus on developing listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Teach the principles of the English language to students at different academic levels, utilizing various teaching methods.
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students, in addition to the provided teaching resources.
• Assess student progress through homework assignments, exams, and other forms of evaluation.
• Build trusting relationships with students, and other staff members.
• Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Grade student tests, essays, and assignments, offering constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records of their performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
• Stay updated with current teaching methods and educational trends in the field of English language instruction.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Use technology effectively in the classroom to enhance learning and engage students.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
