Description
Reroute packages using FedEx portal, or any other method needed.

  • Check and verify addresses for accuracy.
  • Submit corrections for incorrect addresses via FedEx portal, or any other method needed.
  • Address package claim concerns and issues
  • Direct reach out to customers regarding discrepancies
  • Work directly with our shipping company to find solutions to shipping issues

A few examples:
Lost packages, Damaged packages, Damaged product, Product stolen during shipments.

  • Escalate customer concerns as required
  • Track all open issues and concerns
  • Keep the Warehouse Manager (or whoever assigned) apprised of all open issues and concerns
  • Document resolution of concerns within ConnectWise Notes
  • Prioritize concerns based on customer SLA's as appropriate
  • Work with customers and Delivery service to help resolve any shipping issues that arise.
  • Be able to communicate with our FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping services Representatives to resolve issues.
  • Work with the Shipping department as needed

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
