Job Title:
Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking Trainer
Eligibility:
Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking Training
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update comprehensive training materials for cybersecurity and ethical hacking courses.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging threats to ensure course content is current and relevant.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for students, focusing on handson practical exercises.
- Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment.
Prepare Students for Global Certification
- Assist students in preparing for industry certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Skill Assessment:
- Evaluate and assess the progress of students through practical exams and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to support student development.
Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide students in developing practical skills and knowledge in the field of cybersecurity.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other instructors and departments to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum improvement discussions.
Stay Updated:
- Continuously update personal knowledge and skills in cybersecurity to incorporate the latest industry standards and best practices into training programs.
Career Counseling:
- Help students with the Career Road Map and understand the scope and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) are highly desirable.
- Proven professional experience in the field of cybersecurity and ethical hacking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- End to End Lecture and Content Preparation, Course Material Preparation, Interview Questions, Mock Interviews, Live Projects Explanation etc.
- Should have experience in giving training through offline and online Platform.
Work Experience: 3 years (preferred)
