Job Description- To gather information from leads/team, plan and strategize a learning path for team
- To develop and manage the delivery of training and development programs designed to meet the needs of the Business units and supply a focal point for all learning needs
- This role is focused on strategic development initiatives rather than stand up delivery of training
- Nurturing individuals to acquire skills and make the most of learning using technology
- Coaching individuals to recognize that they learn from their daily work and daily interactions with their peers
- Inspiring individuals to manage their own professional development
- Work with leaders/HR to enhance Employee Development (Technical/soft skills/presentation skills), Talent
- Initiatives related to team building activities, and drive activities to build harmony within team
- Align with Group Learning Program
Primary Skills
- Extensive experience (46 years) in Learning & Development.
- Knowledge of different learning pedagogies.
- Looking out for new trainings and certifications that would be relevant to the team and proposing the same to leadership for upskilling the resources.
