What You Will Do

Ensuring business requirements are met by actively soliciting, identifying, and responding to business questions and assisting them with issue resolution to the mark in a timely manner.

Working collaboratively and build relationships with other consultants in a team, business staff, and third party consultants or other contractual consultants working on the project.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

University bachelor's degree or College certificates in computer networking or computer science.
Should have sound knowledge on Infor M3 server sizing.
Should be able to setup M3 subsystems, auto jobs, schedule jobs, batch jobs in M3 server. Should have ability to understand and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Should be well versed with setting up M3 country specific components and its dependencies.
Experience in M3 Security setup
Roll based security.
Ability to manage multiple business assignments, tasks and priorities.
Should have an experience in SQL server/ Windows server/ IBM iSeries Server.
Experience on Cloud suite would be a plus.
Well versed with installing patches/fixes and standard Infor M3 Service packs
Well versed with LCM and company copy tools, New OS, Mashups, Mingle
Well versed with setting up M3 Server backup procedures.

What Will Put You Ahead

Time management and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of the software maintenance/ administration process.
Understanding of teamwork.
Infor M3 System Admin certifications would be a plus.
