Description
The Fleet Executive is responsible for the overall management of the company's fleet of vehicles.

This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs, managing the fleet budget, purchasing and replacing vehicles, overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair, scheduling vehicles and drivers, and managing driver training and performance.

The Fleet Executive also ensures that all vehicles and drivers comply with all applicable regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage the fleet budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
  • Purchase and replace vehicles as needed
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles
  • Schedule vehicles and drivers to ensure that all deliveries and pickups are made on time
  • Manage driver training and performance
  • Ensure that all vehicles and drivers comply with all applicable regulations

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • 12 years of experience in fleet management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bahadurgarh, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Fleet management: 1 year (preferred)
