We are looking for a R&D Scientist (1 FTE) for a Medical Devices (IVD) Manufacturing Industry.

Job description:


  • Maintain broad knowledge of stateoftheart principles and theories on paperbaseddiagnostics.
  • Contribute to new concepts and ideas and extend intellectual understanding.
  • Read and understand new strategies for Assay Development for biomolecules.
  • Assay Development (major role in NTproBNP and K+)
  • Lead the development of individual assays from individual feasibility studies using Aina platform with successful verification studies and clinical validation.
  • Target important assay specifications to achieve improvements on assay performance (Improve stability of reagents and carry out the specific interference studies)
  • Document technical assay development processes and prepare presentations for reviews and updates.

Job Specifications:


  • 5+ years industrial experience in the areas of biotechnology/engineering in an ISO 13485 certified company with an expertise in developing diagnostic assays.
  • Strong prior background in protein biochemistry including immunoassays. Sound knowledge in statistics and data analytics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to organize meetings and present data to superiors and company management lead.

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Additional:Knowledge of higher level programming languages, such as R and Python.


Qualification required:
Minimum Master's degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology


Experience required:
Minimum 5 years in IVD


Salary:
Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
