Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's
degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSEP - Certified Sales Executive Professional) is a plus.
Proven experience in partner management, account management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B
or technology-focused environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility
with partners at all levels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and
persuasively.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for
partnership growth and development.
Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
effectively.
Knowledge of partner engagement best practices, business development strategies, and relevant
industry trends.
Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and other relevant
software/tools.
