About the JobAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on property investments, purchases, and sales. You will play a key role in assisting clients in making well-informed decisions about their real estate transactions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the Noida Market. In-depth knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and industry practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain client relationships. Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
