This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, and

organizing meetings and events.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Conduct research and gather information to support the CEO in decisionmaking.
Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO and other executives as needed.
Ensure timely followup on tasks and projects and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
This role requires a high level of discretion, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

This may be the right role for you if you have

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi is required
