Description
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key decision makers in large MFIs and Small Finance Banks (SFBs) to set up and grow the MFI business
- Grow revenue across existing MFI / SFB accounts and reduce receivables
- Hunt new MFI / SFB accounts and build significant market share versus competition
- Competition Analysis of Sales achievement, Pricing, Products and Processes on an ongoing basis
- Lead the planning and account management activities in the target accounts
- Support in the creation of the companys strategic plans to being the leading MFI sector player
- Support the creation & enable implementation of goals, objectives, and budget to support the achievement of the overall organizational mission
- Work internally across functions such as Products, Operations & IT to ensure high quality service delivery at MFI Accounts
- Management of lending (microfinance) operations to a high standard and support
- Ensure full compliance with the existing policies of the company
