    PrimaryResponsibilities:
    *LeadGeneration:
    • Conduct data mining to identify the right targetaudience and use email marketing tools to expand the network andreach potential clients.

    *ContentManagement:
    • Generate relevant content posts and engagementactivities for LinkedIn email campaigns and the website to increasenetwork engagement.

    *StrategyDevelopment:
    • Develop targeted lead generation strategies based onideal customer profiles and marketresearch.

    *LinkedInOptimization:
    • Optimize LinkedIn profiles of stakeholders toincrease social media networks and leadengagement.
    *Lead Management:**Transfer all leads to the relevant stakeholders in the sales teamand guide them towardsconversion.
    *TestimonialCreation:
    • Craft compelling testimonial scripts tailored to clientneeds showcasing the unique value propositions and success storiesof ourservices.

    SecondaryResponsibilities:

    Reporting andAnalysis:

    • Analyze reports and craft comprehensive action plans toachieve strategic goals and optimizeperformance.

    Team Communication:
    **Maintain clear communication with the team regarding lead updatesfollowups and other actions on onlineleads.

    Lead Connect Operations:
    **Manage Lead Connect operations ensure prompt response to leads andreview reports thoroughly to drive informeddecisionmaking.

    Requirements Qualificationsand Requirements:

    Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience indigital marketing and leadgeneration.
    Strong knowledge ofemail marketing social media platforms and onlineadvertising.
    Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
    Proficiency in data analysis and reportingtools.
    Strong project managementand organizational skills.
    Creative and strategic thinkingabilities.
    Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    Bachelor s degree in business administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience(5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcingindustry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen andstrategic thinking.
