As a Bartender, you play a pivotal role in curating delightful beverage experiences for our guests without the inclusion of alcohol.

Your responsibilities encompass crafting a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining a welcoming ambiance, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse selection of nonalcoholic beverages, including mocktails, smoothies, specialty coffees, and other refreshing creations, following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Efficiently manage drink orders, utilizing POS systems to process transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels of nonalcoholic ingredients and supplies, proactively restocking to prevent shortages and ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety protocols, including verifying guest age if necessary and promoting responsible consumption.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and specials, contributing to revenue generation and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about current beverage trends, innovative recipes, and industry developments to continuously enhance skills and offerings.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, particularly during busy periods, to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nonalcoholic beverages, including preparation techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive interactions and build rapport.
  • Capacity to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while upholding attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency for handling transactions and managing inventory.
