FutureWorks are looking for a self motivated, confident individual for the position of a Production Coordinator in our Sound division.

You will be responsible for ensuring & organizing the schedule of work & relaying information between client, artist & management.

This role needs you to be efficient, multitasking and proactive.

Generating periodic reports and schedules
Making Gant reports for projects to ensure their timely and cost effective production
Managing and scheduling operations that link production to administration and accounts
Managing projects and work as per deadlines, being organized and able to prioritize
Scheduling, prioritizing and tracking internal technical assignments and project details
Establishing quality control and project closure processes
Coordinating and monitoring multiple projects effectively
Ensuring the teams are clear on daily delivery objectives

Skills Sets required:

Excellent in communication skills along with excellent coordination skills
Experience/Knowledge with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience/Knowledge in working with databases
Diploma or equivalent education
Aptitude for learning new software
A proactive team player who can establish excellent bonding with the team
Effective problem solving skills with eye for details.
Multitasking, with organization and excellent scheduling and task management skills
