- Provide customer support for multiple financial service companies including Angel One, HDFC Sky, 5 Paisa, MStock, and Upstock.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing KYC verification, accountrelated problems, and other inquiries.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with KYC verification processes and accountrelated procedures for various financial platforms.
- Proficiency in using mobile, laptop, or PC for call handling and documentation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Selected candidates will undergo oneweek training provided by the company to familiarize themselves with company policies, procedures, and the specific requirements of the job.
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month + Incentives.
