Researches and evaluates current and future technologies and enhancements

• Ability to solve medium to complex problems
• System Administration with a particular focus on MS Exchange Administration
• Monitor system hardware/software
• Provide System Performance tuning
• Provide Tier II and III level support to resolve customer issues
• Any other related project work requested
• Provide a timely response to incidents and service requests received in ticketing system adhering to established performance metrics/service level agreements (SLAs)
• Focus on system monitoring for sustained periods, actively mitigating threats to service availability
• Fixing SPAM issues

Job Types:

Contract length: 2 months


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
