Description

• Develop sources/ vendors/ supply chain for new raw materials and desired packing material by the company.
• Manage the entire process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectivelyfunctioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
• Ensure effective lines of communication between the factory/warehouse managers and the procurement team to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of goods, works and services using the most appropriate procurement procedures.
• Manage relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to the company and subsidiaries.
• Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier's selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management and performance measurement.
• Process for required license in importing new products and their import registrations.
• Team Management: Managing three executives and their responsibilities.
• Creation of Bill Of Material for all the products
• Maintaining data base for easy access

• Ability to build and mentor a team.
• Drive Business Strategy and Growth.
