Job description
Manage development and effective implementation of standard operating procedures and guidelines derived from regulations (internal and external) to ensure healthcare compliance in a manner consistent with best practices for the Organisation.
Manage and maintain general operation of health care compliance for India business team to ensure adherence to regulatory framework and advice internal stakeholders on compliance and ethics matter.
- Review the Compliance Policies and SOPs and undertake changes basis recent updates and on review of dynamic risks associated with business to ensure better control which comply to recent regulations.
- Obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders and ensure PAN India implementation via rigorous training and continuous updates.
- Review the SOP to ensure completeness and suggest course changes as required based on inputs received from various stakeholders.
- Guidance and suggestive way forward provided to team to ensure compliance to norms laid down by regulatory authorities. Objective out here is to provide a balanced opinion to business that can be reciprocal from both business and compliance perspective.
- Reviewer of agreement with vendor to ensure that given SOW is in alliance to existing policies and guidelines
- Support provide for PAN India implementation basis coordination with respective teams and local logistics.
- India Basis training Spoc with respect to Compliance SOPs, existing mechanisms and for recent system developments or regulatory updates to strengthen our compliance culture
- Support function to HR partners for introduction of Compliance campaigns from an India Business Perspective via monthly mailers, zonal meets and Refreshers.
- Content creator with respect to India Business training decks, module and periodic initiatives.
Requirements:
Educational qualifications:
CA/ LLB / Masters degree in Finance/ MBA
Relevant experience:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of Industry experience of analytics and sound knowledge of Excel ,a good understanding of Audit and an ability to work with cross functional professionals and teams
