Job Role:
Graphic Designer

Experience: 2-4years in graphic designing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This job generally requires the ability to do acceptable and preferably superior work in the following areas:

Create and format placemats, flyers, newsletters, brochures, catalogues and more.
Use company templates and customdesigned PowerPoint layouts.
Import copy and graphics into design templates.
Format copy and graphics into design templates.
Design graphics for traditional and online advertising, social media, and promotions.
Proofread final copy and edit graphics.
Troubleshoot and problemsolve document or file issues.
InDesign
PageMaker
Illustrator
Photoshop

Skills & Competencies:

Artistic aptitude: You'll do well with a flair for using your imagination and using it well.
Strong critical thinking skills: You must weigh the pros and cons of alternative solutions to problems.
Active listening and good speaking skills: These will help you to receive information from, and convey it to, colleagues and clients.
Attention to detail: You must be detailoriented, well organized, and have good time management skills.
Proficiency in computer technology: You'll use a variety of software programs to produce projects.
An ability to think on your feet: You'll constantly adapt to deadlines and changing priorities.

Competencies:

Creating new products and prototypes for a stationery and notebook manufacturing firm.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Designing social media creatives.
Giving ideas on different concepts.
Working on making creatives for different products.
Creating new designs daily for social media pages.
Creating website banners and other creatives.
Working on offline creatives like standees, brochures etc.
Amend designs after feedback.
Cover a range of projects in keeping the visual style of our company consistent across multiple mediums.

Requirements:

Proven graphic designing experience.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
Plus, point if already worked at a stationery firm before.
Proficient with Canva.

Pay:
₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
