Consultant, Architecture, IT - CRM Service & Portals

Your Role
The Architect provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the development of the enterprise's technical architecture. The Architect will support the Sr.
Architect to create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (blueprints, standards, guidelines, individual parts, dictionaries, platforms and configurations) for evolving the technical platform landscape across the enterprise, in order to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
The Architect will demonstrate competencies across two key dimensions:
Guide and Implement Solutions
- Works closely with the product managers, product owners and architect peers (e.g., enterprise, business, information, security and solutions architects) to enable agility, scalability and resilience to support required product needs throughout product life cycles.
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Translate business requirements into manageable technical tasks combining technical expertise with business knowledge on Customer Service concepts
- Develop PoCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
- Understand the Complex Use Cases; Complex EPICS and provide high level design and effort estimates.
- Support the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement. Stay current on Salesforce releases
- Documents necessary architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection
- Collaborates with other architecture team members and SMEs, project teams and staff in various IT functional areas as needed to fulfill the responsibilities described above.
- Provide standards and guidelines on Application Performance, Security, Scalability Requirements
- Derive Future-State Technology Architecture
- Support the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact (thru PoC) on the technology architecture, organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures and culture) and financial impact.
- Supports technology investment decisions based on analysis and evaluation to drive targeted business outcomes while ensuring nonfunctional requirements are met.
What you'll bring
- At least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of design and implementation experience in IT
- Certifications in Platform Development 1, Platform Development II, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder; Salesforce Technical Architecture; Experience Cloud
- Certification in Service Cloud is a minimum mandatory
- Expert knowledge in SQL/SOQL/APEX/Dataloader/LWCs. Java/C++ is an advantage
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP; SSO; Bulk and REST APIs
