Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.

Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.

Ensure that designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis is a plus.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
