Primary Responsibility for the post of Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Cold calling
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Look for Up Selling and Cross Selling Features / Products / Services.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
  • Prior ERP/IT sales experience is an addon or familiar with Manufacturing Industries.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Writing business proposals & Negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collecting different industrial vertical data.
  • Viral marketing and SEO.
  • Generating leads, gather requirements, submit proposals.
  • Followup on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects and as customers
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Job Requirement:

  • Excellent communication skills. The prospect will be pitching the product to CXOs and top builders.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Ability to selfmotivate and motivate a team.

Education:


  • Graduate/PG with reputed institutions
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing will be a plus for this position.
  • Interns having a prior experience in the field of ERP solutions will have added advantage.

Mysuru, Karnataka, India


Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
