Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at our Hyderabad location.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
They will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee relations issues
Experience in performance management and employee development
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
