• Welcome customers to the showroom with a friendly and approachable demeanor, assisting them in finding products and answering initial inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting tiles, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen solutions by providing information on product features, styles, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to ensure customers receive personalized attention and support throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including dusting displays, restocking products, and arranging merchandise to enhance visual appeal.
• Operate the pointofsale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock checks, replenishing merchandise, and assisting with receiving shipments.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, sales, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
