Job Description:

Ensure uniformity in implementations & identify reuse opportunities across these products and development groups
Deep Understanding of database design, performance finetuning, writing complex and optimized queries
Deep understanding of Customer usage of SW, and ability to infuse user experience into the SW design.
Technical lead on customer issues, Ability to talk face to face with customers and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
Works with quality organization and Technical assistance Centre
