- Serve as the functional owner for B2B sales domains across AI and analytics initiatives
- Provide deep expertise in:
- Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Sales Operations
- Territory & Quota Management
- Sales Incentive & Compensation Planning
- Collaborate closely with AI Architects and AI/ML Engineers to:
- Translate sales strategies and processes into model-ready inputs
- Define functional KPIs, metrics, and business rules for AI/ML models
- Validate model assumptions, logic, and outputs from a business perspective
- Support data discovery and feature definition aligned with sales performance drivers
- Review analytical outputs and provide actionable business insights to stakeholders
- Ensure AI solutions are aligned with sales leadership expectations and adoption goals
- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to provide functional guidance and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement by refining KPIs, metrics, and model effectiveness
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, with Manager-level or above responsibilities
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Sales Planning & Operations
- Territory Management
- Sales Performance & Compensation Design
- Proven ability to define and track sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience working with cross-functional technology teams (analytics, data science, AI/ML)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business problems into structured functional requirements
- Prior exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital sales transformation programs
- Experience working in large enterprise or global sales organizations
- Familiarity with CRM, SPM, or sales analytics platforms
- Consulting experience preferred
